What is PolyPhazeTM?

PolyPhaze is a team of seasoned technology industry experts with backgrounds in the Department of Defense, the Fortune 500, and large-scale industrial manufacturing.  This team has a long history of successful projects, identifying and solving complex operational and technical problems that were out of “phase” of current technology solutions or approaches.  PolyPhazeTM, was created to incorporate the most common technical demands of these solutions by mitigating the operational obstructions of these projects.

PolyPhazeTM is designed to enable the building of expansive and complex contextual relationships of many operational elements. (Sensors, inventory items, financial transactions, operational events, products, etc.) identified by/connected by/ dimensioned by the timing of these events.  Actual Time becomes a first-class citizen in this approach, allowing the technology to conduct unique time alignment across many dimensions.

What is an Operational Behavioral Twin?

It is the authoritative digital representation of operational processes being fed by multiple data sources.  Unlike traditional KPIs or business intelligence measurements, Operational Digital Twins account for variability in the process or known decisional logic between data points to produce real-world measurements.  One of the critical elements the PolyPhazeTM solution incorporates into the data ecosystem in real-time; or coincidence of when events happened that may not be apparent in other metric approaches.

  • Manufacturing operations are typically found to have siloed sensor data that is only used for recording of quality events, or the fine-grained data becomes so highly aggregated for metrics reporting the resulting data has minimal value for operational measurements.

Large Aircraft Manufacturing

We created a Digital Twin for each aircraft engineered through 2039, providing them with an accurate data foundation for:

  • common bill of materials by tail to capture part quantity, next higher assembly, SWBS, drawings, and part characteristics
  • the Part Interchangeability Matrix for the entire fleet.
  • agile demand forecast modeling.
  • an integrated demand forecast solution for both manufacturing and aircraft sustainment operations.
  • Supplier capacity to give a predictive analysis of when the supply base would be overcome by demand (to account for 2-year lead time).
  • a unique solution to refine Survivability curves.

We developed a translation solution, provided a near-real-time Quality Assurance deep investigation for ad hoc manufacturing line incidents, created the Contract Line Item (CLIN) Closure Solution for material inspection, tailored it to various reports to confirm efforts, and automated the reconciliation process. 

A large aircraft maintenance office

Provided a unique solution to track “Bad Actor” parts or parts that met form and fit criteria but did not function as needed to return aircraft or systems to operation. This solution included a novel behavioral twin solution to track unique maintenance actions across the organization’s entire maintenance data stream for specific aircraft types.

Large Credit Card Merchant

Provided a unique architectural solution to identify and track millions of credit card clearing devices.

Telecommunications Company

Provided a novel solution to find and identify capacity gaps for marketing opportunities (rev) and targeted capital investment for internet traffic and access.  This solution used internal customer data, 3rd party data and geospatial solutions.

Utility Company

Provided a novel asset tracking and life span solution. Designed a unique integration solution for Work Order capture and application to asset management for uniquely identifying the asset and tracking life cycle variances. Developed a unique solution for asset replacement and budget forecasting.
