Andrew Chumney has over 25 years of experience in IT/Technology & Strategic Consulting in various industries and operational areas. Most recently he was Product Manager of a marquee software portfolio for a Private Equity company. Andrew has extensive experience in product development, product marketing and product management of data solutions using Graph Database, Data Fabric and Data Mesh solutions through on-prem and cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).

Kent Clark is a seasoned global executive with deep expertise in strategy, finance, logistics, human resources, and change management. He has founded and led multiple high-performing organizations, serving as Chairman, President, CEO, and Board Officer across corporate and nonprofit sectors.
Previously, Kent was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of AMVETS National Service Foundation, one of the nation’s largest and oldest veterans service organizations. He served in the House of Representatives; in this role, he collaborated with the U.S. Legislative and Executive Branches, advising the Chairman Emeritus of the House Appropriations Committee on all subcommittees managing an annual budget exceeding $1.8 trillion. His counsel focused on defense, national security, veterans affairs, and military construction.
A highly decorated U.S. Army veteran, Kent retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after a distinguished 24-year career. His final assignment was as Senior Budget Liaison to the Congressional Appropriations Committees for the Secretary of the Army. As a U.S. Army Green Beret, he advised senior military leaders, managed global personnel deployments, and directed strategic operations across Southwest Asia, Iraq, Kuwait, Israel, Africa, and Afghanistan.
Kent’s governance experience includes service on numerous boards. He is Chair of the Board and Trustee for Excelsior University, where he previously was the Treasurer and chaired the Budget, Finance & Investment Committee for over 4 years. He also currently serves on the PolyPhaze, Inc. Board as the Treasurer for the Coproration and a Board Member. He has served on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives (NANOE) and is a Past National Commanding General and Board Director for the Military Order of Foreign Wars (MOFW). His board work spans leadership, finance, audit, logistics, and strategic planning.
Kent is a Corporate Fellow of the National Association for Corporate Directors (NACD), Certified in Cybersecurity, Leadership, and Governance. He also holds credentials from the American College of Corporate Directors and the Association of Governing Boards (AGB). His certifications include Certified Nonprofit Executive (CNE), Certified Development Executive (CDE), Certified Nonprofit Consultant (CNC), Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
Academically, Kent earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy Management and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Legislative Studies from Georgetown University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air War College (National Security & Strategic Studies) and the U.S. Army War College Defense Strategy Course

He currently is the Managing Partner of Altera Partners and has had a career spanning 40+ years at multiple prestigious organizations, including Werner Enterprises, Vonage, Sabre, BlackBerry, Shred-it, The Thomson Corporation (now Thomson-Reuters), and The New York Times Company, he has consistently leveraged technology to shape the future of businesses and industries. His work has spanned the globe, affording him a diverse and global perspective on business and technology trends in dynamic, multicultural environments.
He recently co-founded The Digital Risk Alliance (TheDRA.org), a global nonprofit member-driven executive networking, advisory, thought leadership and educational community.
He has been responsible for many dozens of large complex and global technology-based projects and has been integrally involved in 200+ business acquisitions and divestitures.
Throughout his career, he has nurtured talent and mentored teams, empowering individuals to become better versions of themselves. He has mentored over 100 people to become CxOs across the globe. He has led a few of his own startups and helps more than a half dozen entrepreneurs today.

C.K. Park has served as President & CEO of Nationwide IT Services, Inc. (NIS) since its founding in 2006. He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate start-ups, strategy, organizational design and development, operations, financial management, and all aspects of the project management life cycle. C.K. is a veteran with over 22 years of service in the U.S. Army, serving in diverse leadership positions across the globe. He has vast practical knowledge in HR systems and has worked for large system integration and global consulting firms, supporting both commercial and government customers.
C.K. holds an MS in Administration with a concentration in HR from Central Michigan University and a BS in Management from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 Practitioner, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
He has been featured in CIO Magazine, CEO/CFO Newsletters, and has also been interviewed by Executive Leadership Radio.

Major General Hawthorne L. Proctor, Jr. US Army (Retired)
Major General (Ret) Hawthorne L. “Peet” Proctor, Jr. currently serves as the Managing Partner of Proctor & Boone LLC, a business consulting firm based in Clifton, VA. Major General (Ret) Proctor retired from the Army in 2004 after over 34 years of distinguished service. Upon retirement, he served as the COO of Innovative Logistics Techniques Inc. prior to establishing his consulting firm. Additionally, he served as a board member of a Fortune 400 firm and also served on not-for-profit boards with the National Industries for the Blind and Thanks USA.
Major General Proctor’s last tour of active duty was with the Defense Logistics Agency in Ft. Belvoir, VA where he served as the Chief of Operations for a $30+ B organization. He assisted in transforming this organization from solely supporting the Defense Department to an entity that supports the whole of government. Having had two prior assignments with this Agency, he was instrumental in transforming the Philadelphia, PA based, Troop Support Command into an enterprise that reduced its size by over 40 percent and increased its annual sales from over $5B to well over $20B today.
Prior to duties as Chief of Operations at the Defense Logistics Agency, General Proctor commanded logistics units from Platoon level as a Lieutenant to becoming the 46th Quartermaster General of the Army in 1999. Prior to becoming the Quartermaster General, he served as the Chief of Operations for the Army Materiel Command in Alexandria, VA which had overall sustainment responsibilities of Army forces worldwide. He served in multiple overseas assignments including a combat tour in Vietnam, followed by a tour in Thailand. Later in his career, he served in Korea and three command tours in Hawaii, including Company Command as a Captain, Battalion Command as a Lieutenant Colonel, both in the 25th Infantry Division. He later served as commander of the 45th Corps Support Group (Forward) as a Colonel, also in Hawaii. Assignments in the continental US included two tours of duty in the Pentagon with the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics in the Department of Army. Additionally, he served as a Division Chief at the Quartermaster School in Petersburg VA and at the Army’s Personnel Command in Alexandria VA.
General Proctor holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University (1976) and Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Business from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (A&T) State University (1968) . He has been inducted into the Halls of Fame at North Carolina A & T State University Army ROTC Program, the Defense Supply Center, Philadelphia, the Defense Logistics Agency and the US Army Quartermaster Corps. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Military and Veterans Affairs Commission of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
Recently, he was recognized by the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA as a Distinguished Graduate for his community and philanthropic service after retiring from the Army. He is married to Faith Blackburne-Proctor and they reside in Northern Virginia.
